Quick Information:
My child's application was approved last year. Do I need to fill out a new application?
Yes, your child’s application is only good for that school year and for the first 30  days of the following school year.

My child qualifies for free meals, why do we have a balance of charges on our account?
The most common reason that there is a balance on a free meal account is because you child brought lunch from home and took a milk to go with their home lunch. Milk is only free when served with a school provided meal. When a child that qualifies for free meals take a milk with their home lunch, 60 cents will be charged to their account.

A middle school or high school student takes an extra entrée or serving of the daily sides (example fruit or vegetable). Will this be a charge?
Yes, this will be a charge to the student's account. If you do not want your student to purchase extra servings, please have that conversation with your student.
