Our girls soccer team stepped off of their usual turf and took a swim this week for a good cause! 
Every year, the local Marion East Cedar Rapids Rotary holds a fundraiser for Shoes for Kids, where community members can buy raffle tickets for a chance at the winning date/time the golf cart will break through the ice and fall to the bottom of the pool at Indian Creek Country Club. The golf cart successfully sank—and they needed a hand getting it out of the pool!
